So this is something I have learned from Tiktok today hehe. It's called 3 6 9 method.
Step 1: Have a journal writing affirmation
I already have it. Let's do ittttt
Step 2: Write the same affirmations
3x in the morning
6x in the afternoon
9x at night
for 30 days
Normally, I only write these at night but I think i'm gonna try to write more just to remind myself of what I want and what I need to do.
